1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the IDO Healthiness mobile application (App). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IDO Healthiness APP, AI Health Planning Quiz, AI Scanner Assistant, Recharge Hub features, and IDO Health Manager services (collectively, the "Services") operated by IDO Healthiness APP ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this mobile application (App).

2. Non-Medical & Wellness Disclaimer

General Wellness Only

The IDO Healthiness App, its 20-question AI Health Planning Quiz, AI Scanner Assistant, and AI-generated Personalized Health Optimization Plans are strictly designed for general health management, wellness education, and lifestyle optimization. They do NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical prescription.

No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of the Services does not create a doctor-patient or clinical relationship between you and IDO Healthiness. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this App.

3. Recharge Hub Safety Rules

The Recharge Hub feature provides auditory soundscapes (including binaural beats), guided breathwork (e.g., 4-7-8 method), and micro-meditation content.

Operational Safety

You MUST NOT listen to relaxation soundscapes, binaural beats, or perform deep breathwork exercises while driving, operating machinery, or participating in tasks requiring focused attention.

Medical Contraindications

Individuals with epilepsy, heart conditions, severe respiratory disorders, or who are pregnant must consult a physician before engaging in structured breathwork or sound frequency exercises.

4. User Accounts & Security

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and purchase Services.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Third-Party Experts

Apple In-App Purchases & Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Payment: Payment for expert subscriptions or digital services will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Management & Cancellation: You can manage, disable, or cancel auto-renewal anytime in your iOS Device Settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).

6. Intellectual Property & Daily Affirmation Sharing

Ownership

All software, UI designs, AI algorithms, audio content, text, and trademarks in the App belong to IDO Healthiness(IDO INTERNATIONAL HEALTH LTD.).

Social Sharing License

You are granted a limited, non-commercial license to export and share the "Daily Affirmation Cards" to personal social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Story), provided that the IDO Healthiness branding and QR codes remain unaltered.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IDO Healthiness and the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, AI reports, or products.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
