Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before making any purchases, subscriptions, or orders on this Platform. By using this Platform or clicking to confirm a purchase, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and agreed to be bound by all the following terms.

    1. All health management protocols, one-on-one deep mentorship consultations, lifestyle optimization suggestions, and comprehensive interpretations of various body metabolic/test reports provided by the Platform and its health team constitute dietary nutritional conditioning, health consulting, and biochemical trend opinion sharing only. They do not belong to, nor do they constitute, any form of medical diagnosis, clinical consultation, medical treatment, prescription, or medical intervention.
    2. Any views, opinions, and suggestions expressed or provided on this Platform shall under no circumstances replace or substitute for professional medical diagnosis and treatment.
    3. If you are currently suffering from any specific physical or mental illness, taking hospital-prescribed medications, or in a special physiological stage (such as pregnancy, lactation, childhood, advanced age, etc.), you are responsible for, and are strongly advised to, consult your primary care physician or clinical medical team before implementing any nutritional and dietary suggestions integrated by this Platform or consuming products resold by this Platform.
    4. All suggestions provided by this Platform are for reference only. If a customer independently decides to interrupt or delay standard medical treatment, or relies on the suggestions of this Platform as a medical basis, resulting in any changes in health conditions, the Platform and its team members shall not bear any direct or indirect legal or medical liability.
    5. Product Quality Liability：The formulation, manufacturing process, legality of label descriptions, packaging integrity, and potential manufacturing defects of all products are the sole responsibility of the respective overseas brand owners/original manufacturers. While the Company strictly reviews the quality certificates from the original factories during procurement, the Platform shall not be held liable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for any physical discomfort or adverse reactions caused by the original manufacturing processes, ingredient fluctuations, or individual consumer allergies to specific ingredients.

    Returns & Cancellation Policy

    1. Product Returns & Exchanges: Based on the strict safety and hygiene principles governing dietary supplements and food products, and to ensure the uncompromised quality and cellular integrity of our formulations for every client, all products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable without cause once sold or dispatched via cross-border direct mail. We appreciate your understanding in helping us uphold the highest standards of consumer safety.
    2. Cancellation of Health Management Services：The one-on-one deep health mentorship/subscription-based service involves tailored intellectual and time commitment from our team. Once payment is successfully made to activate the service, or once the analysis report has been interpreted, the membership fees and mentorship service fees are strictly non-refundable.

    Product Statements

    1. Reseller Status：For all goods sold on this Platform, the Company acts solely as an agent, importer, or reseller. The Company is not the original manufacturer of the aforementioned products.
    2. Personal Use Principle：The Platform primarily operates through cross-border direct mail or personal effects customs clearance models. By placing an order on this Platform, the customer (buyer) acknowledges that the purchased goods are strictly for personal use and shall not be used for any secondary commercial wholesale or unauthorized resale.

    Orders & Logistics

    1. Real-name customs clearance obligation (if applicable): In accordance with cross-border e-commerce and customs regulations, customers must provide the true and accurate recipient's name, contact number, and mainland China/local legal identity card number when placing an order for customs declaration.
    2. If goods are detained, returned, destroyed, or subject to additional customs duties due to false or inaccurate information provided by the customer, the customer shall bear all losses and legal liabilities arising therefrom.

    Amendments & Governing Law

    1. IDO Healthiness and The Company ("the Platform") reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended terms shall become effective upon publication on the Platform.
    2. The formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
