Welcome to IDO Healthiness App ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you use our mobile application, AI Health Planning Quiz, AI Scanner Assistant, IDO Wellness Manager and Recharge Hub services (collectively, the "Services").

Name, email address, phone number, and account credentials.

Assessment & Health Data

Responses to our 20-question health planning quiz, wellness goals, dietary preferences, and self-reported wellness status.

Recharge Hub Activity

Usage logs of breathwork exercises, soundscapes, micro-meditations, and daily affirmation check-ins.

Transaction & Purchase Data

Order history, address, and payment confirmation details for health products and expert subscriptions. (Payment details are processed securely via third-party payment gateways; we do not store full credit card information).

3. Health Data & AI Processing

3.1 Non-Medical Disclaimer

IDO Healthiness App is NOT a medical device, healthcare provider, or clinical diagnostic tool. The 20-question health planning quiz and AI-generated Personalized Health Optimization Plan are designed strictly for general health, wellness, and lifestyle optimization purposes. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. Users must always consult a qualified medical professional before making any medical decisions or changing their health routines.

3.2 Processing of Assessment Data via AI

To generate personalized health reports, your assessment inputs are processed using our secure algorithms and secure third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) API infrastructure.

Anonymization & Encryption: All health assessment data transmitted to AI processing servers is fully anonymized and encrypted in transit (using TLS/SSL) and at rest.

No AI Model Training: Your health assessment data is NEVER used to train, retrain, or improve any third-party AI models.

4. Use of Data & Strict Non-Advertising Guarantee

We process your data strictly to deliver, personalize, and improve our Services.

PROHIBITION ON ADVERTISING & DATA BROKERAGE

Health, wellness, and assessment data collected by IDO Healthiness App will NEVER be used for marketing, targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, cross-app tracking, or sold to third-party data brokers, insurance providers, or advertising networks under any circumstances.

5. Recharge Hub & Physical Safety Disclaimers

The Recharge Hub provides auditory soundscapes (including binaural beats), guided breathwork (e.g., 4-7-8 method), and micro-meditations.

Operational Safety: Do NOT listen to relaxation soundscapes or perform deep breathwork exercises while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in high-risk activities requiring full attention.

Medical Contraindications: Individuals with a history of epilepsy, severe cardiovascular conditions, respiratory disorders, or pregnant women should consult a healthcare professional before engaging in frequency tuning or structured breathwork.

6. In-App Subscriptions

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Subscriptions to health experts purchased via the Apple App Store will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iOS Device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

7. Data Retention, Security & User Rights

7.1 Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical security measures (including encryption and strict access controls) to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

7.2 Account & Data Deletion

In compliance with Apple App Store policies, you have the right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time directly within the IDO Healthiness App (Settings > Account > Delete Account) or by contacting our support team. Upon account deletion, all personal profiles, health assessment histories, and subscription records will be permanently removed or anonymized, except where retention is required by applicable law.

8. Amendments

IDO Healthiness and the Company reserves the right to modify, alter, or update this Disclaimer and Privacy Policy at any time. Any material changes will be published on this webpage and take effect immediately. 9. Intellectual Property & Daily Affirmation Sharing

Ownership

All software, UI designs, AI algorithms, audio content, text, and trademarks in the App belong to IDO Healthiness(IDO INTERNATIONAL HEALTH LTD.).

Social Sharing License

You are granted a limited, non-commercial license to export and share the "Daily Affirmation Cards" to personal social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Story), provided that the IDO Healthiness branding and QR codes remain unaltered.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IDO Healthiness and the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, AI reports, or products.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
